What impressed me most was their integrity. When a corner piece of the control panel was accidentally broken during the repair, they ordered a new control panel and replaced it free of charge! It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its work and takes good care of its customers!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called them when my fridge was making strange noises. Eric answered the phone and I described the problem to him. He was able to set up an appointment and give me a range of estimate on price based on what he anticipated.
He came on time to look at the fridge and was able to study the noise and figure out the problem. He broke down the pricing for the part and labor (two payments) and I was able to pay via credit card (no transaction fees!) for the first payment.
During this trip, I also had him take a look at my stove, which needed a new valve replaced. I was able to get the estimate for the work and paid the first half for the part.

On his 2nd trip, he came to replace the faulty part for the fridge. He was able to do it quickly and told me to keep the old part for any future repairs. I paid for the second payment via credit card as well.

On his 3rd trip, we inspected my stove and it turns out..  it magically works normally again.  He recommended not to pay for any fixes and he will refund the part and give me back my money.

Common Whirlpool Problems We Fix

Front-load washer won’t drain (F9 E1): usually a clogged drain pump filter, a kinked drain hose or a failed drain pump.
Washer fills slowly (F8 E1): low water flow from a partly closed valve, clogged inlet screens or a failing water inlet valve.
Door lock errors (F5 E2): the washer can’t confirm the door locked, often caused by a worn door lock assembly.
Top-load washer won’t spin or agitate: commonly a lid lock, drive or shifter problem, or a worn motor coupling.
Dryer runs but won’t heat: a blown thermal fuse, a burned-out heating element or, on gas models, a failed igniter. A clogged vent is often the root cause.
Refrigerator not cooling or ice maker not working: evaporator fan, defrost system or water inlet valve failures.
Dishwasher not draining or cleaning well: clogged filters, drain pump problems or a faulty wash motor.
Oven not heating evenly: a failed bake element, igniter or temperature sensor.
