 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called them when my fridge was making strange noises. Eric answered the phone and I described the problem to him. He was able to set up an appointment and give me a range of estimate on price based on what he anticipated. He came on time to look at the fridge and was able to study the noise and figure out the problem. He broke down the pricing for the part and labor (two payments) and I was able to pay via credit card (no transaction fees!) for the first payment. During this trip, I also had him take a look at my stove, which needed a new valve replaced. I was able to get the estimate for the work and paid the first half for the part. On his 2nd trip, he came to replace the faulty part for the fridge. He was able to do it quickly and told me to keep the old part for any future repairs. I paid for the second payment via credit card as well. *Will update here once 3rd trip to fix the stove occurs.* Recommend this contractor for transparent pricing quotes, easy to understand explanations, and timely fixes.

From first call to a working washing machine 48hrs later, Eric at All-Star was great. He diagnosed the weird break quickly, ordered the random part on the spot, and even chased the part down when the warehouse it shipped to couldn’t find it.
