They were able to come out the very next day to assess and diagnose the issue my tenant was having, and the repair is already scheduled for later this week.

As a landlord, it is so important to have contractors who understand the urgency of addressing a tenant’s concerns quickly. His expedient response was incredibly helpful, not only to me, but also in reassuring my tenant that the issue was being taken seriously and would be resolved promptly.

The service has been personable, professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Communication has been excellent, and the entire process has been easy and reassuring.

I was having trouble with my gas stove, some of the knobs weren’t working. The technician came out and turns out only the knobs needed to be, and they sent me the Amazon link to replace them cheaply instead of trying to upsell me. Appreciated that.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  I called them when my fridge was making strange noises. Eric answered the phone and I described the problem to him. He was able to set up an appointment and give me a range of estimate on price based on what he anticipated.
He came on time to look at the fridge and was able to study the noise and figure out the problem. He broke down the pricing for the part and labor (two payments) and I was able to pay via credit card (no transaction fees!) for the first payment.
During this trip, I also had him take a look at my stove, which needed a new valve replaced. I was able to get the estimate for the work and paid the first half for the part.

On his 2nd trip, he came to replace the faulty part for the fridge. He was able to do it quickly and told me to keep the old part for any future repairs. I paid for the second payment via credit card as well.

*Will update here once 3rd trip to fix the stove occurs.*

From first call to a working washing machine 48hrs later, Eric at All-Star was great. He diagnosed the weird break quickly, ordered the random part on the spot, and even chased the part down when the warehouse it shipped to couldn’t find it. Eric from All-star came out, checked to see if the error code could be cleared first before recommending part replacement.  It ended up being a sensor which is kind of disheartening regarding new appliance quality since my washer is only 3yo.  But anyway, part and labor was at a reasonable price and the replacement only took 10min total which included a test run. I met Eric after hiring someone else to work on our appliances who stopped responding to me after coming out to assess the initial problem. We service apartment buildings, and value speedy service so our tenants aren’t waiting a long time. Eric was super quick to respond to our initial inquiry, came out immediately, was extremely communicative, did an excellent job and was very fast on top of it. I couldn’t believe he could do all that and have a great attitude and be eager to help us with other issues. Was able to get them out after a couple days and they quickly identified the issue as a malfunctioning garbage disposal that wasn’t allowing my dishwasher to drain. Eric came the next day and diagnosed a fan motor that needed replacing. The part took a while to arrive because (as Eric explained) they are now made by Daewoo and after replacing that, he realized the circuit board was also fried. Eric ordered that part, but because Kenmore is weird, it didn’t fit…so he ordered another board, and Jerry came back when it arrived and fixed the fridge!

The point is, even though I didn’t have refrigeration for 2.5 weeks, Eric kept working on it without extra costs until he figured it out! I had sat on the floor and given up, but he didn’t because he knew I didn’t want to have to pay for another fridge and he explained everything each step of the way, including why Kenmore is the worst!
