 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent service! They were friendly on the phone, provided a ballpark estimate, and came out the same day to diagnose and repair my dryer. The heat element was replaced quickly and my dryer is working great again!

What impressed me most was their integrity. When a corner piece of the control panel was accidentally broken during the repair, they ordered a new control panel and replaced it free of charge! It’s refreshing to work with a company that stands behind its work and takes good care of its customers!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called them when my fridge was making strange noises. Eric answered the phone and I described the problem to him. He was able to set up an appointment and give me a range of estimate on price based on what he anticipated.
He came on time to look at the fridge and was able to study the noise and figure out the problem. He broke down the pricing for the part and labor (two payments) and I was able to pay via credit card (no transaction fees!) for the first payment.
During this trip, I also had him take a look at my stove, which needed a new valve replaced. I was able to get the estimate for the work and paid the first half for the part.

On his 2nd trip, he came to replace the faulty part for the fridge. He was able to do it quickly and told me to keep the old part for any future repairs. I paid for the second payment via credit card as well.

On his 3rd trip, we inspected my stove and it turns out..  it magically works normally again.  He recommended not to pay for any fixes and he will refund the part and give me back my money.

They were able to come out the very next day to assess and diagnose the issue my tenant was having, and the repair is already scheduled for later this week.

As a landlord, it is so important to have contractors who understand the urgency of addressing a tenant’s concerns quickly. His expedient response was incredibly helpful, not only to me, but also in reassuring my tenant that the issue was being taken seriously and would be resolved promptly.

Why won't my Viking range burner light?

If the burner clicks but won’t light, moisture or food debris may be around the igniter, or the burner cap may be out of position. Let it dry and make sure the cap is seated correctly. If it still won’t light, the igniter or spark module may need to be replaced.
