 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I called them when my fridge was making strange noises. Eric answered the phone and I described the problem to him. He was able to set up an appointment and give me a range of estimate on price based on what he anticipated.
He came on time to look at the fridge and was able to study the noise and figure out the problem. He broke down the pricing for the part and labor (two payments) and I was able to pay via credit card (no transaction fees!) for the first payment.
During this trip, I also had him take a look at my stove, which needed a new valve replaced. I was able to get the estimate for the work and paid the first half for the part.

On his 2nd trip, he came to replace the faulty part for the fridge. He was able to do it quickly and told me to keep the old part for any future repairs. I paid for the second payment via credit card as well.

*Will update here once 3rd trip to fix the stove occurs.*

What does the OE code mean on my LG washer?

OE means the washer can’t drain within the expected time. Clean the drain pump filter, usually behind a small panel at the bottom front of the machine, and check the drain hose for kinks. If the code comes back, the drain pump may need to be replaced.

Why is my LG refrigerator not cooling?

A warm LG refrigerator can be caused by dirty condenser coils, a failed evaporator or condenser fan, a defrost problem or a compressor issue. Check the temperature settings and make sure the vents aren’t blocked, then call a technician for a diagnosis.
