Update: 2 months later-in addition to this simple problem, I’ve had them out again twice-to repair my ice machine in my freezer and help me sort out my gas fireplace. Professional and problem solved quickly! Thx Eric 👏🏻💪 I was having trouble with my gas stove, some of the knobs weren’t working. The technician came out and turns out only the knobs needed to be, and they sent me the Amazon link to replace them cheaply instead of trying to upsell me. Appreciated that. He was able to set up an appointment and give me a range of estimate on price based on what he anticipated. He came on time to look at the fridge and was able to study the noise and figure out the problem. He broke down the pricing for the part and labor (two payments) and I was able to pay via credit card (no transaction fees!) for the first payment. During this trip, I also had him take a look at my stove, which needed a new valve replaced. I was able to get the estimate for the work and paid the first half for the part. On his 2nd trip, he came to replace the faulty part for the fridge. He was able to do it quickly and told me to keep the old part for any future repairs. I paid for the second payment via credit card as well. *Will update here once 3rd trip to fix the stove occurs.* Recommend this contractor for transparent pricing quotes, easy to understand explanations, and timely fixes.
